Our November Team Member Highlight: the Concierge Team! They’ve got a very important role here on campus, as they’re the very first faces our families, guests and visitors see when they walk through our doors. They set the tone for all of us!
Our concierges are the quintessential multitaskers: checking in everyone with temperature-taking and symptom screening, receiving packages, fielding all telephone calls and connecting them to the correct departments, keeping close records of residents leaving campus, managing the family visit calendar and bookings, coordinating transportation requests for appointments and outings, maintaining the salon schedules, and not to mention being our residents’ first point of contact for anything, from A to Z! All of this is done with superb customer service and the utmost professionalism – the KP way!
At the Woodlands and Groves, our concierges are Alicia, Rose Angel, Jessica, Kevin, Victoria, Janan and Starling. At the Highlands, our concierges are Nakia, Alethia, Mary Lou and sometimes Ashley (one of our Kensington At Home team members). The Highlands requires additional duties of our concierges, like managing the office supply inventory and bartending at Happy Hour, among other services for Independent Living residents.
