Luxury Independent Living at Kensington Park – The Highlands

Independent Living at Kensington Park is a residential lifestyle designed for seniors who are in generally good health, able to live on their own, and choose freedom from the demands of owning a home. Here, on a lush, 8-acre campus neighboring our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, residents can get the most out of time on their own or with their family, by joining ours.

Without the demands of owning a home, residents can focus on whatever makes the days pleasant.

As service-minded professionals who love to take care of others, we gladly take on maintenance, repairs, cleaning, cooking, organizing social events, and scheduling excursions. In doing so, we give residents more room in their lives to do what they want to do instead of what they have to do.
