Kensington At Home

“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” -Helen Keller

Kensington At Home is a licensed home health care provider owned and operated by Kensington Senior Living. This service mirrors the high-caliber expertise, service and professionalism that current residents of Kensington Park receive, but with the convenience of care right in the comfort and privacy of home.

Call or stop in today to learn more about Kensington At Home, where we promise to love and care for your family as we do our own.

Kensington At Home creates individualized service plans that meet the needs of residents within whatever length of time is necessary, whether 15 minutes or 24 hours a day. A staffing coordinator ensures that resident service partners—which include registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified medication technicians and certified nursing assistants— deliver currently appropriate clinical care and support and also accommodate changed needs, if they evolve. Further, Kensington At Home’s team is on-site at Kensington Park. As a result, turnaround times for assistance are short. Care, however, is thorough, and all partners exemplify the Kensington Promise, “to love and care for your family as we do our own.” RSA #R4056
