This is one of my favorite quotes, and I am reminded of it each October when we recognize the fight against Alzheimer’s. This cause is so near and dear to our hearts here at Kensington Park.
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s takes place every October and is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. We walk for individuals and families facing the disease today. For more time. For treatments.
On October 14th, Kensington Park will lace up their shoes and walk on our own campus with residents, families, and staff. It is so special to be able to support the Alzheimer’s Association and fight this terrible disease from our own home base.
