Whispers of Spring!

Greetings! We have had a rough winter these past few weeks, with snow and sub-zero temperatures setting records locally and across the country.  Thankfully, March has arrived! We may not be out of the woods yet but March is the hopeful month from which Spring blossoms.  We dream and plan for all the wonders of the season such as the new produce in the Farmer’s Market, the cherry blossoms and especially the sense of fun that comes with warming sunshine and more time to spend outdoors.

At Kensington Park, we have a lot of fun on the horizon to celebrate. Please watch the activities schedules for the following events: PFNCA Communications Club and a Champagne Brunch in the Highlands; St. Patrick’s Day celebration and Casino Night in the Woodlands; and a Spring Fling Dance on April 30th with entertainment by The Dale Jarrett Duo/Trio and Ballroom Dancer Garrey Stinson. We will have other surprises, too.

So, don’t pack away the wool sweaters and heavy blankets quite yet, but start dreaming of the new blossoms.  Our campus is about to be at its loveliest!  How do you want welcome Spring?  Let’s have fun!

Warmly,

Headshot of Kensington Park Executive Director Mary Mell.
