Team Member Highlight: Lea Bryan

Kensington Park Senior Living Care Manager LeaLea Bryan is an assisted living care manager who came to Kensington Park in March 2016. She was born in Puerto Cabezas, Nicaragua, but has lived here in the Washington, D.C., area since the early 1980s. Lea was nominated for Employee of the Month recognition by a member of our nursing team, who said:

“Lea is dedicated, caring, and always has the best intentions. She is proactive in meeting her residents’ needs and performs her duties with little or no instruction. She is very curious and always asks questions, not only to improve her own understanding but to be able to convey that knowledge to her teammates.”

Lea is known for her willingness to assume additional duties without being asked and is always seeking new ways to enable her residents to reach their highest level of independence. Residents have complemented Lea for her dedication, expertise and caring attitude, all traits which reflect her professionalism and respect for others. Congratulations, Lea! And, thank you, for your contribution to our community.
