Superstar, hardworking, efficient, kind, and funny are all things that come to mind when describing Earl.
Earl Postell Jr. has been a Porter at Kensington Park since January 2024, and the impact that he has made does not go unnoticed. As a graduate of Prairie View A&M University, Earl used to work as an IT support technician for federal agencies under various governmental contracts. Having no experience working with seniors, Earl was looking for a career change where he could do what he loves the most: helping others.
Born and raised in the Prince George’s County area, Earl is the oldest of seven (7) children, including his twin brother! During his free time, Earl enjoys going to comedy shows, watching sports (“Go, Redskins!”), and playing card games like Uno and Phase 10. In the future, Earl hopes to become an EMT.
When asked what he enjoys most about working at Kensington Park, Earl stated that it is the family atmosphere and opportunity to use his experience and skill sets in different areas of the job, all while helping others.
