Empathetic, thoughtful, humble, and kind are all characteristics that come to mind when describing Dave. David Landes, music therapist and activities assistant, has been with Kensington Park since June 2022. Before joining Kensington Park, Dave used to work as a music therapist instructor at the National Conservatory of Arts in Washington, DC.
During his free time, Dave enjoys gardening, tennis, wood-working and traveling with his wife.
Julia McCarren, director of creative arts therapies, said that “Dave has a beautiful way of engaging our residents that may be going through challenging times with his positive personality and music therapy. He is always willing to be flexible and support both programs with whatever is needed.” When asked about what he enjoys most about working at Kensington Park, Dave says spending time with the residents and being able to utilize his musical talents.
David, your passion for excellence and love for seniors has made you a great addition to the Kensington Park team. Thank you for all you do!
