This month’s team member highlight is our wonderful dining team member, Carlos! Carlos has been at Kensington Park for four years and is loved by everyone. He is also known in the kitchen for his famous cornbread!
“Carlos keeps me on my toes, as well as constantly communicates about orders and ensures we have everything needed for the menus and recipes,” says our Executive Chef Morissa Harris.
Most recently, Carlos has taken the team member meals under his wing, and has created his own recipes to ensure the staff are well fed and taken care of! He has championed this responsibility and taken full charge of making sure there is a variety to appease the masses. Often times, staff are lined up at the kitchen door anticipating what Carlos has prepared for that day. Many staff have even acknowledged the recent changes and appreciation they have for the variety of meals. Carlos, your hard work does not go unnoticed and is appreciated by all!
Outside of work, Carlos loves his family, and recently celebrated his daughter’s Quinceañera. Carlos also enjoys watching action movies during downtime.
