Alicia has been with us at KP for just over a year – but in that short time has made such an impact! Originally from Chile, Alicia moved to Washington, DC in 1966 and raised her two children here and fondly considers Maryland her home. While her husband worked with the Chilean Embassy, Alicia had a career as a banker, where she loved helping people with their day-to-day problems. After retiring from her first career, Alicia was looking for a way to continue to help people in a parttime setting and found KP through her friend Sandra (who works in our Groves salon!). Alicia loves Middle Eastern and Mediterranean foods and has a passion for museums and the arts. In fact, she volunteers her time to lead activity programs on classical music, opera and ballet for our Woodlands residents! Alicia knows that to work in this setting you must be patient and caring, regardless of your position. She demonstrates that in all her interactions and is always willing to go the extra mile. We are grateful to have such a diligent and dedicated person on our team. Congratulations, Alicia!
