A Message from the Executive Director

Dear Residents, Families, and Friends,

Earlier this spring, we sent out a Social Media Survey to all of you. As a community that is deeply dedicated to stellar communication across campus, our goal was to sharpen our lens on how we can best serve you when it comes to sharing out news, information, and opportunities for engagement. The results are in!

A huge thank you to all those who participated, as we received an overwhelming number of responses. Your time and thoughts were invaluable and pointed us in an exciting direction. We want to share with you what we learned and our plans for moving forward.

Our biggest takeaway was that the majority of our extended Kensington Park family uses Facebook more than any other social media channel (i.e. Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest). This was good news for us, as our strategy has always been geared toward Facebook. But while most of you are active on the social network, we also learned that some of you are not yet aware of our specific Kensington Park Senior Living page. We take great pride in our Facebook page, as it reflects all the richness of this community, from our many wonderful events and engaging activities to special moments and memories made on campus. This content paints a unique picture of Our Promise to love and care for your family as we do our own.

Your engagement is crucial in helping other families feel confident in reaching out to us. You can even share your personal experience at Kensington Park by writing us a review on Facebook or on Google.
