Kensington Park’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s
On Saturday, October 8th, Team Kensington Park was proud to lace up their shoes and participate in the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
Residents, team members, family, alumni and friends gathered on KP’s campus for a beautiful afternoon to support a cause very near to our hearts. The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research – and it is so special to be able to support from our own home base at Kensington Park.
Thank you to all who donated and supported us. The Kensington Park team raised $5,725! These efforts were through the sale of raffles, baked goods and handmade crafts, as well as generous checks and online donations.
We are blessed at Kensington Park to have such wonderful supporters in our residents, families and team. A special note of appreciation goes to Betsy Davis, Kensington Park’s move-in coordinator, who was instrumental in making this happen.
