Kensington Park Receives Alzheimer’s Association “Quilt of Memories” Award

Kensington Park Receives Alzheimer’s Association “Quilt of Memories” Award

Kensington Park Senior Living is honored to receive the “Quilt of Memories” Award from the Alzheimer’s Association!

The quilt was made by artist Ruth Lenk, whose mother battled Alzheimer’s disease for 14 years. Ruth and her sisters have participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s for many years – hoping and fighting for an end to this terrible disease.

The “Quilt of Memories” is awarded to the top post-walk fundraising senior living team – who will then carry the quilt until the 2023 Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Kensington Park is proud to receive this year’s “Quilt of Memories” award! We are blessed to have such wonderful supporters in our residents, families and team – and we will never stop fighting!

Thank you to all who continue to donate and support us. The Kensington Park team has raised more than $14,000 and counting! We couldn’t do it without you all.

Donations can still be made for Kensington Park’s team through December 31st. If you wish to donate, visit http://act.alz.org/goto/teamkensingtonpark or contact Betsy Davis at bdavis@kensingtonsl.com.
