Grace Greenberg’s spacious and bright one bedroom apartment is filled with antiques! She traveled the country and the world with her husband collecting beautiful things. When she moved from Long Island, NY to Williamsburg, VA, the antiques were perfect for interior design in that historic town. When she moved from Williamsburg to Deland, FL, she was encouraged to lose the antiques for more modern design. She didn’t.
Grace recalls moving with her husband and sons at least eight times over the years, so getting ready to come to Kensington Park from Florida was not a huge production. Her sons live nearby and chose Kensington Park as a great fit for their mother’s exceptional taste. She moved in sight-unseen and liked it immediately! KP’s size and homeyness were very appealing.
