Keep your mind, body and soul healthy this Spring with Kensington Park!

Join us onsite at Kensington Park for a bi-weekly series of classes to help you feel your best – both mentally and physically – this Spring! Take part in our exciting lineup of classes with experts in the field, from topics like nutrition, managing stress, music, creative writing, painting, and fall prevention.

Beginning April 12th, classes will take place every other Wednesday at 1:30pm. Attendance is complimentary, but registration is required — and space is limited! RSVP today.
