Chef Morissa’s Strawberry Basil Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 4 large basil leaves
  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 1/2 ounces light rum
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 4 ounces club soda

Preparation:

Muddle the basil, strawberries, and simple

syrup at the bottom of a Collins glass. Add rum

and lime juice, then fill with ice and top off with

club soda.
