Culinary Corner with Chef Morissa: Nutty Irishman and Beer Cheese Dip

Nutty Irishman

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 ½ oz. Baileys
• 1 ½ oz. Frangelico
• 1 cup of Coffee – freshly brewed

PREPARATION:

Mix all ingredients in a clear Irish coffee mug and serve with fresh whipped cream.

Beer Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS:

• 6 oz. Guinness beer
• 2 (8 oz.) Blocks of cream cheese,
cubed
• 4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
• Chopped chives, for garnish
• Pretzel bites

PREPARATION:

In a slow cooker or stove top, combine Guinness, cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Cover and cook on low, stirring every 10 minutes until melted and warm. Garnish with chives and serve with pretzel bites.
