Culinary Corner with Chef Morissa: Buffalo Cauliflower Bites


• 1 Head of cauliflower

• ½ Cup all-purpose flour

• ½ Cup water

• ½ Cup Franks Hot Sauce

• 1 Tsp. garlic powder

• 2 Tbsp oil


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Add all ingredients into a large bowl except for the cauliflower. Stir until consistency of batter. Chop cauliflower into bite sized pieces and coat each piece with batter. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and then bake for additional 10 minutes. Finish off on a low broil for 3 minutes. Serve with Blue cheese dressing on the side.
