Grilled Flat Iron Steak

Chef Morissa’s Grilled Flat Iron Steak


  • ½ tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 2 pounds Flat Iron Steak
  • Oil to brush the Grill


In a bowl combine garlic and dry ingredients mix well, rub mixture onto steak and refrigerate 1 hour or longer.

Preheat grill, once heated brush grates with oil. Cook steak high 2-3 minutes on each side. Allow meat to rest for 10 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve with your favorite sides
