Ingredients:

  • 1 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 (16-ounce) cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 (14-1/2-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook first 4 ingredients in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink; drain. Stir in beans and remaining ingredients. Simmer for 45 minutes.
