Yoga on the Porch Summer Series
Join us on the beautiful front porch at Kensington Park Senior Living for a gentle and accessible yoga session designed to support cognitive health and overall well-being. This uplifting class focuses on mindful movement, guided breathing, and relaxation techniques that can help improve blood flow to the brain, enhance memory and focus, and reduce stress.
Perfect for older adults of all ability levels, this session encourages participants to move at their own pace in a supportive and welcoming environment. Modifications will be offered to ensure everyone can comfortably take part.
