Join us on our lovely front porch for some fresh air yoga. Embrace the energy of the season with a heart-healthy yoga experience designed to support circulation, mobility, and relaxation. This vitalizing, accessible session blends seated and standing movements, mindful breathing, and light stretching to promote cardiovascular wellness—while honoring your individual comfort level.
