This November, join us for Seasons of Care, three restorative sessions designed to help restore balance and renewal for caregivers and those they support. Each session will highlight practical tools to nurture both body and mind—art, yoga and music programs that build mindfulness, ease stress and restore overall well-being. Together, these restorative practices will help participants recharge, refocus, and re-energize.
