Yoga on the Porch Summer Series
Yoga for cooling? Who knew? As the summer heat rises, it’s important to care for both your body and mind. This calming practice focuses on slow, mindful movement, cooling breathing techniques, and restorative poses that help release tension and promote a sense of ease – perfect for hot days when energy can feel depleted.
All abilities are welcome. Movements can be easily modified, and participants are encouraged to move at their own pace in a supportive, uplifting environment.
