Lynn Young M.A. CCC-SLP serves as the Vice President of Operations for Mansbach Health Tools LLC home of the BCAT®. With over 30 years of clinical experience as a speech language pathologist, Lynn has spent decades serving in corporate leadership positions, supporting front line clinicians and organizational leadership teams with a focus on leveraging evidence based clinical tools to maximize outcome. She currently serves as a member of the Professional Development Committee for the American Speech-Language- Hearing Association and has presented on both clinical and operational topics at the local, state and national levels.
Abby Williams is the Director of Strategic Integration for Mansbach Health Tools. She has almost 20 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in various healthcare settings and serves on the ASHA Special Interest Group 15, Gerontology. She has served in a variety of corporate clinical roles including leadership positions and regulatory positions in the healthcare continuum and has a passion for educating other healthcare professionals in care for the older adult. She has presented at the state level and national level on the areas of cognition.
