Memory Matters: Learn About the BCAT® & the 7 Pillars of Brain Health

Join us for an informative discussion on brain health and the importance of early cognitive wellness. During this educational presentation, Iris Pierce, Dementia Care Expert, will share what the Brief Cognitive Assessment Tool (BCAT)® is and how it can help establish a baseline for cognitive function and support a proactive approach to healthy aging.

Discover the 7 Pillars of Brain Health and explore practical ways to support your cognitive wellness through physical activity, nutrition, sleep, social connection, cognitive stimulation, stress management, and early cognitive assessment.

Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to sign up for individual BCAT® screening appointments at a later date, providing a personalized opportunity to better understand their current cognitive wellness and establish a valuable baseline for the future.
