Heart Healthy Yoga with Beth Meyer

Celebrate American Heart Month—and the spirit of Valentine’s Day—with a gentle, heart-healthy yoga program designed to support circulation, mobility, and relaxation. This accessible session incorporates seated and standing movements, mindful breathing, and light stretching to promote cardiovascular wellness while honoring individual comfort levels.

Set in a calm and welcoming environment, this class encourages participants to care for their hearts both physically and emotionally through movement, breath, and connection. All abilities are welcome, with modifications offered and encouragement to move at your own pace.

For questions, please reach out to Claire Drummond, Director of Community Relations, at cdrummond@kensingtonsl.com.
