Suburban Hospital’s Margie Hackett, nurse manager of transitional care, and Patricia Szymkowiak, transition guide nurse and program coordinator for Outpatient Diabetes Services, share their expert understanding of diabetes and the importance of Diabetes Education.
Every person’s experience with diabetes is different. Learn how to lower your risk and all to take advantage of all the local resources available to you. Diabetes Education should be a priority for everyone. We must learn how to control it, prevent it, and manage it… and then keep learning.
