Week 6 of 7
Making lasting change can be difficult. Discover the six stages of behavior change based on the theory of human motivation, including the dreaded ‘relapse’ phase. We will review questions to ask yourself at each stage and then explore strategies for moving into the next phase of change when ready.
Erin Risius, MA, LPC, founder of ENR Wellness Consulting
Erin has been an executive in the wellness industry for over 20 years creating and overseeing wellness programs in the community, private and corporate wellness sectors. In addition, she has 25 years combined experience providing direct client care in the roles of fitness trainer, professional counselor or health coach. Her academic background is rooted in kinesiology and counseling psychology and she is a specialist in health psychology, which explores the cultural, environmental, psychological and familial influences on a person’s health and wellbeing. Whether it’s presenting on a TEDx stage, teaching a wellness workshop, or listening to a client share her story, Erin is passionate about helping people to overcome barriers that prevent them from living their best life.
