Making the decision to move into assisted living can feel overwhelming and emotional. Join our Caregiver Coaches for an open roundtable discussion designed to provide guidance, reassurance, and practical tools to help families navigate this important transition. Together, we’ll explore common questions, share personal experiences, and highlight resources to support both families and their loved ones every step of the way.

Meet Our Speakers

Dr. Amanda Goldfarb is a compassionate and experienced Geriatric Physician with 13 years of expertise in managing highly complex health issues of elderly patients. She has a strong background in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a focus on geriatric syndromes, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Dr. Goldfarb expertly guides patients and their families through complex decision-making, ensuring that care plans align with individual values, preferences, and goals of care.

Dr. Laurie Ryan is a Neuropsychologist and leader in the field of Alzheimer’s disease research. She holds a special place in our hearts, as she is also a Family Alumni of our sister community Kensington Park. Her wonderful father lived there until 2020, and we are so grateful to have her as part of our Forever Family.
