Grilled Baby Lamb Chops

INGREDIENTS: • 1 pack Baby Lamb Chops (6-8 bones) • 1 cup EVOO • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped • 4 sprigs fresh thyme, chopped • 1oz fresh parsley, chopped • 3 garlic cloves, chopped

PREPARATION: Rinse off lamb chops then salt and pepper both sides. In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients and pour into a 1-quart zip lock baggie. Place lamb chops inside and marinate for 1-2 hours. Heat grill pan until hot, place lamb chops in pan and grill on first side for 7 minutes. Then flip and grill for 5 minutes, or to desired temperature. Enjoy!
